I’m finally starting to feel physically fitter (nearly 2 weeks now) which is a great feeling to have. Whilst I don’t want to change my fat burning routine at the moment so will stick to 30 minutes on a cross-trainer I’ve decided to my sit-ups from 3 sets of 40 to 3 sets of 50. I even started to eye up the inverted sit-up machine, maybe next week! Seeing as how I have the extra energy I’m doing a 10 minute slow cycle at the end of my workout, this is more of a warm down than anything but hell it’s still extra calories. So here’s the stats from my latest exercise session:-
Duration: 1 hour 12 minutes ( some of that was standing around waiting for equipment)
Calories: 759 of which 45% were fat ( that’s 341 fatty calories)
Out of that 1 hour 12 minutes I spent 50 minutes in a heart rate zone that is good for burning fat.
Putting it lighly I’m very happy with the progress I’m seeing with my fitness, I just hope it also reflects in some weight loss at the next weigh-in on Monday. I’m feeling lighter so hopefully it will.

Wow, you’re doing great! I’ve gained back a few from my big weight loss of 2005 and have to get serious again. Working out sometimes makes me hungrier, but I think it’s still better to do it than not.
Thanks for running my EntreCard ad!

Thanks for the words of support. Funnily enough I’m not as hungry when I’ve been to the gym and will make do with something healthy. It’s when I don’t go that I’m in danger of filling up on Sandwiches (Got to do something with that lunch break!)
