React and act: One of several soccer training drills that helps the players respond to situations quickly and with forceful energy. Tell the players to make a circle and stand with their backs to each other. Select a player and instruct him to stand in the middle of the center. This player will take a player’s name randomly and kick the ball at him. This player will then act in response swiftly and take charge of the ball efficiently.
