I knew that last week wasn’t the best, one too many biscuits and a Friday lunch time pint didn’t help things one bit so I was a little nervous about yesterdays weigh-in, here’s what the score on the door is:-

Body Weight: 12 stone 13 pounds (A loss of 2 pounds)

Body Fat Percentage: 28% (A loss of 1.5%)

BMI: 29.2 (A loss of 0.3)

I’m still very much on target but those little slips can be seen with these smaller figures compared to the first week. I’m not so bothered about having the odd snack, my main worry is that I’m still struggling with reducing my evening meal. I’m definitely eating less but I’m just not quite where I want to be with it yet.

Like I mentioned yesterday I also set my wife up on her own 3-2-1 routine when I started this. It basically meant her cutting down on the chocolate/crisps, coffee and the size of her evening meals. For her exercise she’s been walking during her work lunch break and doing a little bit of ballroom dancing. She has set herself a goal of losing a stone before she goes away on holiday in February. Yesterday was the first time she has weighed herself since starting, the result was a 7 pound (half a stone) loss! Just goes to show that any increase in activity helps, you don’t have to drag yourself to the gym all the time as long as you are doing something.
