I’m afraid that there isn’t much to report for yesterday. Breakfast cereal, tick. Lunch cereal, tick. I even cooked a delicious healthy pasta dish for our dinner. I was that busy that I didn’t have time to boil a kettle so no cups of tea either. In terms of calorie intake I was as good as good can be, my only hope is that I didn’t eat too little and put my body into standby.
Here’s what it looked like:-
1 x bowl of rice crispies (210 calories)
1 x very big bowl of corn flakes (300 calories)
1 x pasta, sauce, bacon and cheese (900 calories)
At least 8 glasses of water, I think I lost count later on. So yesterday I consumed 1510 calories.
My exercise was the same routine I did as the day before:-
1 x Around the island run
2 x 10 Minute rhythm boxing
1 x 6 minutes hula (3 minutes each way)
2 x 6 press-ups
Calorie burn was a satisfying 538 calories. Do the maths of (538 + 2100) – 1510 gives me a magnificent deficit of 1128 for yesterday. That’s a lot, probably too much if I’m being honest so today I’ll be taking it easy, I might give the Wii a miss tonight. I’ve got a lot of furniture to move anyway so can survive without the extra exercise.
As I mentioned before I did my first weight in yesterday. I’ve decided to make 8pm my official weigh in time. It’s very important to try and weigh yourself at the same time in the same clothes to get an accurate change (I wrote a whole post about weighing yourself correctly) Anyhoo, the end result is that I’ve lost just over a pound. Not bad for 3 days!
