Is it that time again, time for an update?

What can I say about yesterday, not a lot really. Got up and had my breakfast early (bowl of rice crispies). Then did a few hours work during which I was nailing the water again. I can’t over emphasise how important the water is in doing this! I had a lunch meeting so had to bypass the second bowl of cereal today and instead had a chicken ceasar wrap. I deliberately avoided having bread. The afternoon I was very busy again and combining that with more water meant that by the time evening came I wasn’t actually that hungry. In fact I wasn’t going to stop at all but needs must so I knocked up a quick jacket potato with beans cheese and meet balls. A couple of cups of tea, 50 minutes on the Wii Fit and another glass of water before bed and that was about it really.

So calorie intake for the day looked like this:-

1 x biggish bowl of rice crispies – 250 calories
1 x chicken ceaser wrap – 540 calories
1 x jacket potato (no butter), beans, cheese, meet balls – 900 calories
2 x cup of tea (with 1 sugar) – 70 calories

With of course the 6 glasses (pints) of water on top. All in 1760 calories for the day.

I did my usual routine on the Wii Fit:-

1 x Around the island run
2 x 10 Minute rhythm boxing
1 x 6 minutes hula (3 minutes each way)

But also added 2 sets of 6 press-up/side stands. Overall exercise time on the Polar was 53 minutes, 46 minutes of activity according to the Wii Fit. Calories burnt was 547.

Finally the scores on the doors for yesterday gives me a calorie deficit of (2100+547) – 1760 = 887

At this rate the weight will be dropping off, not only that but I’m feeling fitter by the day.

(I’ll be weighing myself again today to see if there has been any change and will report back tomorrow)
