I couldn’t believe this but apparently it’s true! Olympic legend, US swimmer Michael Phelps works his way through 12,000 calories each and every day! That’s a hell of a lot of food. The thing is though it really does go to prove the old theory of burning more than you put in and you will lose weight. He’s hardly a fatty is he? His life must revolve completely around eating, training and sleeping. I guess it wouldn’t matter if you were eating 50,000 calories a day as long as you were burning it.

So you want to know how to lose weight, burn more calories than you eat. Easy.
