That’s not the reason I’m posting that video though. For my money I don’t think he’s doing that exercise right to target the lower abs. You need your knees to come up much high, towards your chest and shoulder level. This will cause your abdomen to curl and will effectively work your lower abs. As I’ve said before the hardest part of working my body at the moment is getting rid of that last spare tyre and toning those last few inches of belly. This is really helping and I’d recommend you give it a go if you’re struggling with your six pack.
