I’ve just weighed myself for the first time since starting the diet regime. Here’s the stats:-
Body Weight: 13 stone 1 pound ( a loss of 3 pounds)
Body Fat Percentage: 29.5 (a loss of 4%)
BMI: 29.5 (a loss of .5, now overweight instead of obese)
Looks like I’m on target to lose my stone in 2 months, I’m very happy with that. In my first week I’ve been to the gym 4 times burning a grand total of around 2400 calories. I’ve also managed to keep to my routine of getting of the bus early and doing my 20 minute walk each morning (Well Monday to Friday anyway). Exercise wise I couldn’t be happier with how I’ve done, although not planning on losing body fat a 4% drop in one week is great although slightly ironic in that if I’d exercised less I’d probably have lost more weight (muscle is heavier than fat). The only thing out of my original 3-2-1 plan that I don’t think I’m doing well enough with is reducing the size of my evening meal, I’ve cut it down a bit but I still eat a mighty size plate full! I’ll try and work on that this week.
