It’s been 2 weeks since I last weighed myself, here’s how I got on
Body Weight: 12 stone 7 pounds (A loss of 2 pounds)
BMI: 28.2 (A loss of 0.4)
Even with the disasterous sick week and the excess drinking I’ve managed to lose 2 pounds in 2 weeks. This is half the weight loss I’d experienced to date but if I’m being honest it was better than what I was expecting, I would have been happy if I’d stayed the same.
What I have noticed from missing a whole week at the gym is that my stomach feels noticably softer. Some of that toning has gone but I’m sure I can get it back.
