This week felt like the first week that I’d really lost some weight, I was hoping for a 3 pound loss, here’s how I got on:-
Body Weight: 12 stone 9 pounds (A loss of 2 pounds)
BMI: 28.6 (A loss of 0.3)
As I mentioned previously I’m no longer recorded my percentage body fat (at least until my first goal is passed). So it wasn’t quite the 3 pounds I wanted but a solid 2 pound loss is very good all the same. I can honestly say that I am eating less now which will be very important because it is at around this weight where I hit my wall. Ever since putting on weight it has always been at around 12 and a half stone where I really struggle to lose any more. Fingers crossed things will be a little different this time.

Congrats on the weight loss! Are you also taking measurements? A lot of times when you don’t lose much weight you’ll notice that you do lose a lot of cm’s.

Funny you should mention it. I did measure my waist before I started all this. Whilst it’s not part of my first goal so I haven’t mentioned it my waist has gone from 38 inches to 34 (I think that’s about a 9cm loss).
